Took me a while to install due to life circumstances. Have taken a 3 week boondocking camping vacation through the month of auagst and this thing has been a workhorse. Runs the coffeemaker (1000w) and toaster (800w)without a squeal. Even runs the dometic rv microwave and if batteries are topped right up she'll start my dometic rooftop 13,500btu AC unit without the easy start installed (18-20amp 120v running load according to rating plate)

The catch: i have 4 commercial transport truck batteries hooked in parallel with 4 gauge stranded welding cable and approx 7-8 feet of 0 gauge stranded wire pulled to the inverter. Make sure you have a fair bit of storage and solar, because it draws close to an amp at rest from what I found. You are not going to run this inverter off smaller cables and battery clamps or just one small battery and get decent performance out of it.

I don't use the charge controller built in as a i had a separate one, so cannot comment on that.

Overall, good value. This is my third one i've tried and think I'll keep it.

High quality. Everything you need to power a large RV, cabin, or small home.

We bought the 5000w inverter. It NEEDS the ground wire attached to a ground.

This inverter powers everything in our 500 sq ft cabin. Septic system pumps. Deep well pump. Microwave. Vacuum. Refrigerator. TV. Lights. everything. We have an 800 watt 12v solar panel system and a few AGM batteries and a 60 amp 12/24/36/48v controller. The most useful feature is knowing how much the batteries are charged and knowing how much the solar panels are charging them

This is a top quality device. The fit and finish are perfect. The features and materials are excellent, specifically the high power block is supplied by an 8 awg wire that will support 50 amps output. The multi-function display with real-time wattage output is very cool, and the remote control has all the information that the screen on the unit has, not just an on\off. I have installed it and it works flawlessly. It is worth every penny and I wish I would have purchased it months ago.

Bought this inverter as an upgrade to an older 1000w pure sine no name brand. The warranty length and innovative features, plus the reasonable pricing, drove my purchase decision. It arrived and it performed quietly and worked well for a few months. Then one day it stopped working with an error code. I emailed Giandel, got in contact with Elsa, who requested a picture of the error code. I sent a short video with beeping included. Within a few days a new unit was at my door. It has been working perfectly ever since. Best service I have ever received. Thank you Elsa and I will buy and recommend Giandel products from now on..... be well, Ben M a happy Customer!

Have this 2200 watt inverter hooked up to a small Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery bank. It powers my 1100 watt microwave (which actually consumes 1300 watts of power) perfectly with power to spare. While I am pleased there are terminal blocks (in addition to the two power plugs) to hard-wire appliances, I am concerned that the plastic safety cover that goes over the AC terminal blocks isn't as robust as I would like it to be. It is fairly easy to remove the cover and I am worried that it could accidentally get dislodged if inadvertently bumped by something. As a precaution, I used some electrical tape to better secure the plastic cover. It is my hope that the manufacturer will make improvements to the safety cover in the future.

his is a fantastic inverter! Handled everything I threw at it. I was using for quite some time with zero issues. I had it malfunction with a "Overload" and it kept staying in "overload" even with nothing hooked up. I suspect my coffee machine caused the damage. I contacted customer service. The lady I spoke to, Elsa, was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and handled my warranty replacement very fast with zero effort. I had a replacement priority shipped to me within days. I would buy again without hesitation.

We have had solar for years now. This is a bigger inverter than we have had before and this one has so many more nice features. It keeps track of the batteries. It tells us how much power it is putting in and how much it is using. Highly recommend this if you use solar for anything.

I was very interested in this 3000W pure sine wave inverter, so I bought it without hesitation. I was looking forward to testing it. It arrived quickly - took 2 days. So I immediately installed it and ran my 1500W microwave, it worked well. Then I tried some bigger power usage appliances, AC unit, Coffee Maker and refrigerator, there was no problem. Just one thing, it needs a bigger battery. I had 2 110Ah batteries, I connected these 2 batteries in parallel to 220Ah.
